Wowowee not guilty in cheating issue

The KBP or Kapisanan ng mga Broadcaster sa Pilipinas released their decision about the cheating issue of the noontime show of Willie Rivellame -the Wowowee. It was the issue in the Wilyonaryo portion of the show when a number zero came out of the container instead of 2 for a two million peso prize. "...there was no cheating or attempt to cheat during the episode in question. There was an apparent "design flaw" of the paraphernalia i.e. wheels, used in the game show/contest...there was no attempt to hide the mistake. The prize of the winner was also already given."
