Claire Dela Fuente is so lucky and overwhelmed as Richard Carpenter -the brother of Karen Carpenter of the hitmaker band in 70's The Carpenters, her idol, will come to the Philippines to support her upcoming Valentine launch new International Album from Viva Records. Included in the album is the classical Cartpenters song "Something In Your Eyes". Claire dela Fuente is considered “The Karen Carpenter of the Philippines” due to the similarity of her voice to that of Karen. A month ago Claire was invited by Richard in his mansion in Los Angeles as a support to her career. Claire popularized the OPM songs "Sayang", "Nakaw na pag-ibig" and others. Her International Album was made with the help of some International Musicians like US-based pinoy composer Jimmy Borja, her son Gregorio (Gigo) De Guzman, the musical director of Barbara streisand Randy Waldman, Grammy nominee Pamela Philips, and other musicians of Madonna and Josh Groban. This would be her pheonomenal comeback in the music industry and showbiz.
