Director or Direk Lino Cayetano is very supportive in KC Concepcion's advocacies in helping filipino youth like the artists fair. The two celebrities had been seen in a lot of KC's projects and other occasions but still they never said anything about the real status of their relationship. Lino's sister Senator Pia Cayetano have told press that she likes KC too for his brother as others do. "Of course, because sobra siyang magandang empluwensya...for me for so long as they're able to support each other and si KC has wonderful career ahead of her and she's doing wonderful things.." Pia explained.
