"Kaputol ng Isang Awit" is the story of a woman who has everything and her quest to complete her life by finding her father. The story is simple and poignant; but when it gets translated for the Sine Novela genre, viewers can expect for the drama to escalate. This tv series is their first starring roles, Glaiza De Castro and Lovi Poe play two women who grew up in different environments but want the same thing: to reach their dreams through singing.

Now ABS-CBN make this 15 episodes of suspense-thriller sineserye with Maricel Soriano as Florinda, Roxanne Guinoo as Rachelle, Zanjoe Marudo, Jay Manalo, Cherry Pie Picache as Criselda, William Martinez, and Nikki Gil as Mara.
Roxanne Guinoo will have a new love-team in this sineserye. Not Jake Cuenca but with hunk cover boy model-actor Zanjoe Marudo. Do they have a kissing scene as Jake and Bangs Garcia in Palos? Let’s see.
